On behalf of a creative business consultancy based in Copenhagen, we’re looking to assemble a talent pool of freelance consultants, with availability from Q2 2025. Please note, this is not a specific role, but rather ongoing openings.

Project Summary
The consultancy at hand has experienced strong performance and is now aiming to bolster its workforce in Scandinavia with a more flexible setup. They are specifically seeking freelance consultants with +3 years of experience, emphasizing the need for a workforce that is both youthful and not overly senior.
Projects typically range from full-time commitments lasting 1-3 months, often commencing within 2 weeks to a month.
The goal is to establish a talent pool that can be readily accessed for Q2 projects.
Example of upcoming projects can be individual or a combination of several ones:
- Market potential analysis
- Brand strategy (new brand or existing brand)
- Marketing strategy
- Go-to-market strategy
- Distribution strategy
- Business innovation / strategy

The company is a creative business consultancy out of Copenhagen, with an equal passion for strategy and creativity. They grow new top line for companies all over the world through questioning the status quo and approaching branding differently.
They help client with creative growth through 3 areas of innovation: product innovation, brand innovation, and market innovation.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a strategy, marketing or branding role at a competitive advertising agency or from the client side.
- You are well-accustomed to research, analysis, and development of well-rounded strategies.
- Ideally, you have a Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent education, but this is not a requirement. If you’re a fast learner, hard-working, sociable, internationally oriented, and someone that likes to be challenged
- Have experience in business strategies, marketing and/or branding
- Have a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research (e.g., trends analysis, pricing analysis) with a good command of databases such as Statista, Euromonitor, etc.
- Have a good command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Curiosity about all the latest trends in business, innovation and media
- Work well under pressure, with an ability to multi-task across projects
- Structured with strong skills in prioritizing your workload
- Outgoing with good people skills
- Fluent in both Danish and English (written and spoken)
